AT SMARTBOOSTERS We sure cares about our customers, dealers and resellers and put in all efforts and resources to ensure their happiness and satisfactions. In the event that you are unhappy with what you ordered from us,\u00a0you can return the product within 30 days of receipt. if the product is refunded in its original state as received on delivery, you will be refunded 80% of your money excluding delivery charge, you should fulfil the following conditions.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Please Note that if items are not returned in it original state it may incur further cost or total loss of the amount paid.<\/span><\/p>\n

To ensure you get 80% refunds, you must fulfil the below conditions:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    If the product doesn\u2019t meet customer\u2019s requirements due to made incorrect choice, the customer has the right to replace this product for a similar one with matching specifications.\u00a0 In case of product replacement, the customer takes personal charge of delivery cost associated with return of a previous model and obtaining a new one.<\/p>\n

    If a price of a new model is higher than a previous order price, the customer should pay the difference.<\/p>\n

    If the price of a new model is lower than the original order price, SMARTBOOSTERS UK will refund the balance difference to the customer.<\/p>\n

    You will not qualify under our 30 Days Money Back guarantee refunds if :<\/p>\n

    • if your returns is disassembled, modified or altered<\/li>\n
